I am the Operations and Development Lead for Tipping Point East, a new circular economy hub in Newham.

I have been involved since May 2025, when the 3 founding partners Yes Make, RESOLVE Collective and Material Cultures joined efforts to take on a 8,000sqm large site in the Royal Docks in East London.

I have overseen the set-up of the charitable company in all its organisational and governance aspects, as well as getting onto site in Jan 2026. I am currently involved in overseeing business development and supporting the respective founding partners to realise their own growth. This depends on the site being well run and public/private stakeholders being fully engaged to support our mission to close the ‘circle’ in the circular economy for the construction sector, defined by a gap of physical material and land provision to store and process materials. The charity is based on a mixed income stream model made up of grant funding (including research and capital grants), space provision and a programme of learning through e.g. site visits and round tables accessible through a sponsorship offer.
