I was appointed as Project Coordinator and Consultant to provide change management capacity for the board, and to develop systems of operation, coordination and communication to drive the next stage of the engagement of CLT ahead of its upcoming capital project at Daleham Gardens.

2018-2023, Organisational Development

I provided my skills pro-bono as a volunteer in various capacities for the CLT with the aim to build affordable housing in one of the most expensive areas in London. I was able to achieve the following outcomes with my contribution:

• Launch of a new Squarespace-based website for committee members to manage

• build a low-cost structure of membership management including communication channels via Mailchimp and social media, and training volunteers to keep these updated

• take on the role of Company Secretary and oversee financial reporting and transactions

• advise on the development of an Allocations Policy and other aspects of community engagement and housing affordability policy

• advice on capital build development plans with Mole Architects
